*M was hired for a 1650 SF full renovation of a raw space apartment at the City Spire Tower in Midtown Manhattan.

The design, aims to create a new residential space, inviting, flexible and open to different activities and modes.
The project promotes the amazing views on the south part of Central Park and New York's skyline.
Traditional woodcrafting techniques, reclaimed woods, natural semiprecious stones and fully integrated technologies are fused together creating a mix of classic elegance, fun and very rock and roll residential project.
