This is project 1 of 4 for four neighbors in a newly constructed neighborhood.

This client was hoping to have a modern minded outdoor living space with pool, hang out space, fire pit, kitchen and putting green. The challenge of the space was due to the Live Oak in the middle of the yard that could not be removed due to protections by the local city.
