2021: Full Gut of the old kitchen - removed a soffit, non-load bearing wall, a small window and removed the walk-in pantry from the range wall. In addition to the all new kitchen and dining space, we updated 2 guest bathrooms, 1 main floor office, the front hall and had all new plank laminate flooring installed on the entire main floor (covering 4 different tile styles), all new baseboards and interior painting. Monogram Interior Design spearheaded the overall design and materials, furniture, lighting and accessories.
2022: Added understair pantry cabinets, paneled the Sub-Zero refer. Full exterior paint design plan for home.
