This was a whole house upgrade. We started with the upstairs; all new flooring, paint, upgraded baseboards, new tile tub surround. On the main floor we gutted the entire space, expanded the kitchen footprint into the old dining room, all new custom cabinets, 10.5’ island with a convection oven and a speed oven, induction range and a custom vent hood. Full height pantry, 36” farm sink, marble mosaic backsplash. We upgraded the laundry room by stacking the washer & dryer, adding a proper sink with cabinets and countertop, a hanging bar for drying clothes. Powder Bath upgrade. Front Entry & Staircase. The flooring is all waterproof plank laminate. All millwork is new. All new paint.
