The One Jefferson Clubhouse by Ariana Designs and Architecture seamlessly blends contemporary elegance with a warm, inviting atmosphere. Designed for both style and functionality, the space features a striking double-sided fireplace, sophisticated seating, and refined dining areas—all unified by a harmonious palette of black, gray, tan, and natural wood tones.

The Fireplace Lounge serves as the heart of the clubhouse, anchored by a glossy black-tiled fireplace with under-lighting for a floating effect. Curved charcoal sofas and tan leather armchairs create a cozy yet sophisticated setting, enhanced by metallic accents and floor-to-ceiling windows.

Adjacent, the Dining Area offers a stylish and versatile gathering space. A solid wood table, paired with ribbed black leather chairs and a modern chandelier, exudes understated elegance. Custom light wood shelving and a marble-inspired rug add texture and warmth.

Designed for comfort and connection, The One Jefferson Clubhouse is more than just a space—it’s a destination where people gather, relax, and engage in an atmosphere of refined luxury.
