A young family of four found this house in the neighborhood they desired. It had been renovated into a 2 apartment dwelling. We stripped it back to the studs in many places, removed the second kitchen and stair, removed many walls and created a kitchen for this amazing cook, bedrooms for the family, an extra room for reading and connected that rom (the bridge) to the kitchen providing a place for the smallest child to play while dinner is being made. Adding a back deck completed this renovation.
