After a series of small projects, these owners decided to make a big change. the project was called "Raise the Roof", and we did! We turned a ranch house into a Modern Cottage. Adding only 107 Square feet, the previous sun porch and garage were raised to the level of the main house and a new bedroom and family room were added. Between them is a powder room with the laundry. Changing the roof lines added height inside to brighten all rooms. Take a look!
