This [once assisted-living] home became a gorgeous single-family home with some major rearrangements to top and bottom floors. We created a stunning family room downstairs, adjacent to a smaller bedroom. The upstairs living room was pre-painted, so we played off the warm hues of the walls and floors to create a stunning mid-mod dwelling.
