This mountain cabin was originally a 2 bedroom with a loft and a 1.5 car garage. The owners needed to make it a place for extended family to come and visit. They wanted an indoor entry stair, larger living and kitchen room areas, more storage, two more bedrooms and a master suite.
The design called for removing the front and back exterior walls of the main structure and building out towards the front setback to accommodate a new garage and storage, expanded great room, a larger kitchen, and a spacious sun deck. In the back we added a master suite on the main level with walk in closet, an attached bathroom, and a private deck. Upstairs in the rear addition we added two more bedrooms and a bathroom.
