This LEED-certified contemporary home boasts strong geometric forms maximizing volume, light and privacy on this narrow, steep-sloping lot. Sustainability played a huge role in the development of this project. Much design was dedicated to the home’s orientation to maximize solar design elements, use of cost-effective and low maintenance materials and many unique landscaping techniques for proper rain water management. The exterior finishes are Stucco, Sil-leed cement board panels and Hardi Artisan lap siding.
