This unique home was originally designed by the amazingly talented Charles Stinson. So, when asked by the homeowners to add a very unique outdoor space to this home, it was a real treat. We defined and tested many new avenues within this screened porch design. Our own structural screening tests; to forego a 36" railing height and spindles every 4”, colored concrete floor to exude substance and stability, then not to mention, a nearly invisible corner where we use the tensile strength of a 1/2" stainless steel rod to wrap the structural screening around. To say the least, it made for an amazingly dynamic space.
