This addtition was a challenge, but nothing that TBC couldn't handle. The customer did not want to disturb the backyard, which has a pool and articulate landscaping. Their driveway limited space and made it impossible to expand the footprint of the house. What to do? Create an addition above the garage and driveyway by using the existing structure, steel I-beams and creativity. We were able create a Master Suite that was more than what the customer expected.
