This Cape style home was a dated, worn foreclosure in terrible shape. We installed new windows, a new roof, new flooring (carpet and bamboo), painted the entire interior, replaced all light fixtures and other hardware and installed a very economical kitchen using RTA cabinetry and Ikea open shelves along with new appliances and the most affordable quartz counter top available. The result is cheerful, bright and a happy place to vacation on Cape Cod.
