Email us to request before pictures of this space...no seriously, you should see this! This was a commercial space, a convenience store! It was awkward; long, narrow and very florescent! But our homeowner had a dream: a place for entertaining that celebrates the boat slips outside of his front door. We had a long, unusable space where the check out counter would generally go and it took some creative thinking to fill it. The end result was this built-in bench, reminiscent of a Captain's Quarters. It's got storage galore, and false drawer fronts that house the TV components with an “eye” that's responsive to their remote control. The nautical colors and accessories complete the room. It's a boater's paradise that is ideal for drinks and snacks after a sunset cruise.
