This lake home was originally relatively small, built as a bachelor pad, with all wood finishes inside making it very dark. It is located on a spectacular point lot with amazing lake views. The overgrown landscaping made it hard to see the lake and beautiful views. When a family of four bought the home they wanted to expand the living space, open it up to the views and more natural light, a new kitchen and baths, as well as enhanced curb appeal. There was a very large detached 2-car garage and an attached 2-car garage existing on the house. The design included expanding the living space into the attached garage, and adding a new garage with additional living space above it. The family loved this beautiful transformation and their new living space.
