This home was designed to create a warm, modern, functional space, while incorporating today’s technology standards. The design is an asymmetrical exterior and interior that flows well, maximizing open areas for entertaining, while including private retreats with all the amenities, and capturing the gorgeous lake views.
The site was a challenge in that the building envelop was tight being situated between two existing homes, and an on-site well and septic system had to be included as well as the home, a side entry garage and drive, a pool with ample outdoor living areas, and even a putting green. We worked as a team to creatively develop solutions that accomplished all of their goals in a home that packs a lot of amenities and ample 'Wow' factors throughout.
