Built in the 1920s, Carrier Hall is on the National Registry of Historic Homes and has earned a place in Memphis history. Robert Carrier moved here from New York and hired Bryant Fleming, a professor of landscape and architecture at Cornell to design an English Tudor Mansion. It has a 9,000 square foot main house and 2,500 square foot guest house. The hardwood floors throughout are exquisite 8” wide solid plank quartersawn English oak, purported to be 400 years old
