Cedar Lake Luxury
This quaint rambler on a known thoroughfare was ready for a little growth. By adding an addition off the back and removing the previous side door entrance we were able to expand the existing kitchen to allow for more guests and a larger dining table. The new ADA compliant sliding door allows for easier access into the home while capturing better light into the space as well as made the layout more useful for entertaining. Custom cherry paneled cabinets with integrated toe kick steps allow for easy access to the upper cabinets when one is only 4'8" tall. A retractable mixing stand located in the peninsula provides convenience and ease for lifting and storing a not so small appliance. Plug mold was installed to keep the backsplash free from distractions and an air switch disposer to be well within reach.
