This town home community, nestled in the rolling hills of Eden Prairie, had some covenants surrounding their decking colors, however the choices available from Azek allowed for a seamless integration with 100% PVC maintenance free decking added to both the front entrance and rear sitting area. A beautiful gray deck with white railings completes the look and allows the homeowners their own space to get away on comfortable summer evenings.

This project represented was done while under a previous employ, however, all work was designed, developed and produced by employees and affiliates now currently employed by Arbor Haus, LLC.
