This was a new home build and while the homeowners had some specific selections already made like appliances, I was very involved in guiding the homeowners in the selections of paint, counter top, lighting, backsplash and floor tile.

In the master bathroom we took a little step away from the traditional craftman style and added a some glam elements like the chandelier with a black sheer drum shade and crystal teardrops and custom made soft fold roman shades.

In the basement kitchenette we added just a bit of a contemporary flare with the backsplash tile laid in a stacked orientation. This created a clean and sleek look.
