A mono-chromatic print to complement the wall color, and furnishings helped take this bedroom to a more serene place. The draperies are lined with a room darkening liner so that when the light is not desired the drapes can be drawn closed.

This living room had recently been updated and when I visited with my customer on another project she asked what I would recommend for this space. Keeping with the monochromatic scheme, I suggested stationary drapery panels to soften the wall of windows.

Using a single solid pole for strength, 4 custom width grommet top draperies were used to cover the full width of the this window and door wall. Brackets are hidden behind the 2 center panels for added support and to allow for the curtains to stack away from the windows.

With very little wall space to the left and right of the windows that flank the fireplace I used one end mount bracket on the adjacent wall to allow for the curtains to hug right up against the wall which also prevented the drapery from covering too much of the windows.

This project combines three products; cornice board, pinch pleated sheers and pinch pleated draperies

By using the existing fabric, that was in great shape, this was a cost effective upgrade. The same rod was also re-used.
