Renovation of a 1980's two story house that was lacking in style and detail but did have good lines. All new cedar siding, Andersen windows and doors, cultured veneer stone laid on the existing poured foundation (real local stone on the interior fireplace). Ipe deck with a cedar hot tub, stainless steel cable railing. Kalwall skylights in family room wrapped in rough sawn lumber. Random shape path. The entry awning is custom stainless steel with wire glass inserts that are also used on the 2nd floor balcony/hall.
