An artist’s loft that had been converted in the 1970’s was brought up to date to accommodate a family of four with all new mechanicals, windows, and modern conveniences. MVAPC relocated the public rooms towards the south and located the bedrooms towards the north.A new skylight was incorporated into the rear rooms to bath the space in natural light. The design was a true collaboration with clients both of whom are artistically-inclined.
