Cherryville
This Greenwood Village residence, featured in Luxe Magazine in 2023, showcases a contemporary design that harmonizes luxury with comfort. The home incorporates clean architectural lines, expansive windows that flood interiors with natural light, and a seamless blend of indoor-outdoor living spaces. Modern finishes and curated decor elements define its aesthetic, while unique features like statement lighting and custom furnishings add to the character of this Greenwood Village residence.
A true addition by subtraction – this renovation started with a dated traditional home that was in desperate need of a more restrained design. Heavy columns and trim were eliminated or replaced with more appropriate proportions. The exterior brick was replaced with a reclaimed one and the asphalt shingle roof was replaced with a Spanish slate. The kitchen and primary suite was gutted and an unnecessary second stair was removed open up the relationship between the kitchen and dining room. The client, an antiques collector, brought an eclectic, old world feel to the home with many items from her personal collection.
