Set near the Chesapeake Bay, this natatorium building includes a full kitchen for catering, cabana facilities, a bar and wine cellar. The Country-Style French building is surrounded by terraces that flow down towards water. The pergolas that flank the north and south walls are made of sinker-cypress.
