Chicago Condo
This complete renovation of a condo unit in Downtown Chicago includes the main kitchen, breakfast area & guest bedroom / nursery.
The kitchen was kept clean with a handle-less design including appliances! We were able to install the fully integrated refrigerator and dishwasher without handles. A large mechanical chase limited how much we could open this room to the rest of the unit, but cladding it completely in matching panels helps to disguise it and camouflage it in the space.
The breakfast area is completely built in and clad in panels to make it organic to the space.
A handle-less murphy bed built into a closet / storage wall in the nursery makes this space very useful for a small family with frequent visitors.
