This condo on Mt. Washington needed a kitchen as beautiful as the view. We completely reimagined the existing space by adjusting the hallway wall and adding a large island. Two work walls were arranged in an L configuration, which was a considerable upgrade from the previous layout. The oversized island includes breakfast bar seating along the wall of windows. We used antique mirror for portions of the backsplash to reflect the city skyline, allowing those in the kitchen to see and enjoy the view from multiple angles. Just off the kitchen, we helped expand the functionality of the space by adding a custom bar with a large wine refrigerator in the living room. But we didn’t stop there; a laundry room with custom cabinetry, a quartz countertop, wall mounted sorting bins and a drying rack rounded out the renovations in this sight to be seen. Now, the view is as spectacular whether inside or outside.
