The project is designed to promote a pedestrian-friendly streetscape with an emphasis on open space and gathering places. Shared community amenities are located along the street frontage and feature double volume storefront windows for a commercial aesthetic. Higher density uses are at main roadway intersections, with lower density structures located closer to the park and adjacent residences. A job skills training facility featuring a culinary arts program and a student café will be provided.
