The District at the Edge

The design challenge presented was to create an open floor plan embracing the desert lifestyle that lived large and allowed for ample entertaining spaces - in a small footprint. The great room opens to rear covered patio to promote indoor & outdoor living concept. Large sliding glass door further accentuates this openness concept. The interior and exterior styling flows seamlessly, bringing a cohesive contemporary design element and feel throughout. A large covered patio is access seamlessly via the large sliding glass doors, blurring the lines between your indoor and outdoor spaces. Generously appointed finishes and bathrooms further carry a contemporary theme. A large secondary master suite features a deck that opens to front of the house. Recessed windows and sunshades accentuate this elevation further. Rich stone veneer and fine sand stucco finish combined with the bold colors bring excitement and playfulness to the architectural style.
