This late 90s home was completely demoed and remodeled, with some minor room configuration changes. The kitchen had a peninsula with upper cabinets that blocked the view into the family room. Larger windows were added to the eating area to provide a view to the pool. Custom alder cabinets in a warm white with a stained finished island accented with brushed gold fixtures and hardware. Granite counters and wood flooring throughout. In the master bath, the water closet was opened, shower expanded, and a corner tub was added. The highlight of the room is the unique blue quartzite stone that accents the vanity, shower curb, bench, niches, and pony wall top. The main bathroom has black marble slab walls, with a backlit vanity mirror and black tile floor.
