This late 70s home was dark, and the rooms were very divided, making the home feel very cramped.

On the lower level, the brick fireplace was removed, and a large picture window was added to provide a beautiful view of Mount Diablo. A custom media unit was designed that houses a TV on a lift. The wall that divided the kitchen from the rest of the home was removed, and a 10' wide island was added with seating for five. The dark blue cabinetry on the island highlighted with brushed gold hardware and white shaker style cabinets surround the kitchen. A massive 48" Viking Range accented with blue glass subway backsplash, and matte black plumbing fixtures, hardare, and pendants. The ceiling was done in an Irish cream paneling, accented with distressed oak beams. When you exit through the French doors, you enter an outdoor kitchen equipped with all the amenities, including a three spout kegarator, Green Egg, grill, and warming drawer. Continuing on to a beautiful pool, spa, firepit, and amazingly landscaped oasis.
