This light and airy contemporary kitchen was formerly dark and dreary with no storage and no place to put down a pot. We relocated a doorway and the fridge to create better flow, shortened the L-shaped peninsula, unified the cabinet clearances to allow light to stream in from sash windows, and pulled it all together with a sophisticated color scheme of white and gray-green. Now everything flows perfectly from the dining room through to the beverage/laundry area, creating a seamless cooking and entertaining experience.
