Noe Valley Modern Condo

A spacious, light-filled full-floor apartment bordering both the Noe Valley and Glen Park neighborhoods. This is one of two units in the building and has a beautiful open living/dining/kitchen area, large primary bedroom with en-suite bath, 2 other good sized bedrooms, and a full hall bath. There is also outdoor space with a private deck and a garden area.

The bathrooms and kitchen are modern style with beautiful hardwood floors throughout that have been refinished. The kitchen has new countertops and a grand center island which allows for stool seating and an abundance of cabinetry.

Now the space flows throughout and feels harmonious, energetic, and playful.
