An empty, unfinished, and unusable room had been left behind after a major basement renovation due to water issues. We turned the empty room into an oversized, closet/storage facility. New Sheetrock, and paint. Finished out with Primed 3 1/4” Pine Crown Moulding, 5 1/4” Pine Baseboards, and Pine shelving. The left side of the closet shelving is 12” deep while the right side is 20” deep to allow adequate space for stacking Rubbermaid bins.
