This 11’ x 22’ Custom Sunroom is well insulated, heated, and cooled. The floors are Honeysuckle Beach “real” hardwood floors that flow smoothly into the rest of the home without a step. The ceilings are tongue and groove Pine planks. They were simply sanded and coated with Minwax Clear Satin Polycrylic. The front entry landing and 8’ wide stairs create a Grand Entry for easy access to the lower level patio area.
