Clover Lane

This 1950's MCM home, where the homeowner grew up, was fully renovated. A 3-car garage was added and the master suite was created with an addition on the back of the home.

Removing the wall between kitchen and living room to create an open concept family room helped to lighten and brighten the whole main area of the house.

The wall was removed to open the space from the kitchen which was previously closed off and dark. A tall island was custom made to provide much needed storage. Trim moldings were added throughout the house and all interior doors were replaced with 6 panel doors.

The door to the patio was replaced and lighting updated in the dining room. New moldings were installed throughout the whole house.

The typical MCM front door door was replaced with a mahogany door. The original sidelights however remain in place.

This is a very special room for the homeowners. Previously her father's den, the room has been transformed from a dark room to an open and inviting space. The flooring was originally believed to be unsalvageable, but ended up being one of the best surprises of the remodel.
