The main floor renovation of this condo in the Edmonton River Valley included a fireplace relocation and the addition of a beautiful custom mantle. We added a custom bishop’s bench and a boot room bench to create more seating. The hardwood flooring was refinished, and the custom tile floor and backsplash were installed to really make the space pop. A new exterior door was added along with new energy efficient LED pot-lighting to brighten up the space. The custom built-in hutch created even more storage space and the condo was refreshed with new trim, new crown moulding and a full repaint.
