This Rio Terrace (west Edmonton) renovation was completed in 2 phases. Phase 1 included a premium basement development which consisted of a complete gut and reconfiguration of the existing basement.

The mechanical room was relocated to create a brand new basement layout. The foundation was cut to install new 60×36 oversized windows. A redesigned bathroom with separate WC, powder room, and bathing area finished this phase and included on-demand hot water and heated floors.

Phase 2 focused on Master bedroom & living room renovations such as a new window configuration, the construction of a walk-in closet, structural repairs to roof trusses, new hardwood flooring, a new gas fireplace with custom mantel, and large format cement tile on chase.
