The homeowners purchased their fixer-upper on the river with dreams of creating their forever home, including a low country style with lots of functionality and adaptability. The room layout designs take advantage of picturesque river views to enjoy from tranquil living spaces for years to come, and included a newly added main floor master bedroom. New cabinetry throughout combines clean lines, in Waypoint Living Spaces Shaker Style 610D doors with painted harbor (grey) finish, painted linen (white) and accented by dark Espresso finished Island cabinets and wood floors in the kitchen. Bathrooms feature Waypoint's 650F Shaker style door in Painted Harbor finish. This project was a total remodel of the kitchen, baths, bedrooms, family room, and also added custom closets and a large wrap-around screened outdoor patio.
