Colonial Classic Revival

Whole house renovation of a 1920's colonial revival. Exterior design was tweaked to be consistent with the overall house style. Major areas such as roof, kitchen baths, heating and cooling all redesigned and modernized. Structural repairs were completed to address misguided repairs made over the life of the home.

Redesigned dining room with cooling and supplemental heating ductless system. An 18" tall by 6" wide wall soffit was built throughout the house to accommodate the required piping minimizing exterior piping. The tall ceilings negate the effects of the soffit to the naked eye.
