The Colonial Blues

Whole house redesign with additional 400 sqft. that included all new utilities, HE heating/cooling, on-demand hot water, upgraded service and finished basement. The original home was comprised of 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The redesign expanded the living space to include a master suite and bath with a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 baths.
