All the original wood flooring was replaced with new red oak hardwood. The entry was opened by removing a closet and unnecessary archway.

Wall was removed to allow open flow to dining area from kitchen.

Marble backsplash was run to the ceiling. Crown molding gives a custom feel. under counter microwave saves counter space.

Entry to porch (on left) shows hardwood floor continued into what was previously a screened porch with a concrete floor.

First floor master bedroom was originally two rooms separated by a supporting wall. The space was opened from front to back of the house creating a dressing room, a bedroom, and master bath.

Master bath was custom designed where no bath had existed prior. Porcelain tiles and oil rubbed bronze fixtures give a traditional feel to a modern look.

Original brick walls were left exposed for the 2nd floor bedrooms.
