This Modern Ranch Redux in downtown Phoenix originally began as a result of a faulty appliance that caused much irreparable flood damage. Although disheartened, the client decided to seize the opportunity and breathe some new life into their home.
Becoming involved early on, this designer advised on the overall expansion and plan reconfiguration for this young and growing family. The scope also included all finish selections, details, and exclusive pieces by the designer such as custom cabinetry, lighting and furniture.
Warmth, comfort, durability, and maintaining a sense of harmony with the homes original history were all high priorities. Durable materials such as Caesarstone counters and porcelain tile allow this family to live their daily lives without fussing over delicate finishes. By venturing into bold color combinations and exotic woods, the designer was able to help the client achieve their vision of a vibrant and cheerful family home.
