Commercial space planning and FF&E Specifications were provided for potential lease holder. The project was to provide clarity on the layout and space availabilty to help the lease determine if space was sufficient for the clinical practice she was planning. Additionally with the closing package in hand, the lease holder was able to tender the construction for the tenant inprovement as well as to apply for municipal permitting for the project.
