A maze of smaller rooms with no particular flow, a dated and worn-out kitchen and poor heating and cooling systems was what we found in this home when we started design. This house is the perfect example of how a smaller space can work perfectly for a family of four who love to entertain! It's about thoughtful design and paying close attention to what a clients wants and how they want to live. This house is packed with features, and still feels roomy, with great flow for entertaining or just hanging out. It shows you don't need a giant space to get a lot of functionality.
