This mid 1980's house had the original kitchen. The stove vent did not work, the oven partially worked, the tile counter tops were chipped and the grout was falling out. The new design took the stove out of the island and placed a free standing Wolf range under a custom hood. The refrigerator moved, and a coffee bar was added. The original windows were reconfigured and replaced, the shelf over the windows was replace with a soffit and the painted beams and hardware were wrapped in drywall to cleanup the lines. New recess lighting and under cabinet LEDs were installed.
