This modern house was built in the 1990s. We gutted the original kitchen and donated the cabinets to Habitat for Humanity. We had to reframe the walls between the kitchen and the family room to accomodate the slumped glass backsplash and spaces for electrical outlets and switches. The counter tops are concrete, the floor is porcelain tile, the wine is Yellow Tail.
