This client came to us to create a space all her own. She wasn’t sure where to start so the designer made it comfortable for her lifestyle but added the edge our client was looking for. The focal back wall was a must. In order to create impact the designer used a dramatic black wallpaper and added the punch of a “take me away” art piece of the islands. The tropical colors from the artwork are repeated throughout the space in the pillows and accent fabrics. Flanking the sides are the perfect hanging pendant lights to highlight the focal wall at any time of day. Since our client was big on textures, those light fixtures were the perfect addition. During the presentation the “bird’s nest” design reminded her of a time when her father saved a bird and placed it back in the nest. Combining design features with warm memories always results in a win win!
