This family relocated from California to Dallas TX and with 4 children our contemporary ‘Ease of Glamour’ design style was a must. The designer was able to bring in unique lighting and artwork to elevate the design of the space all while creating a durable environment for family and friends. The dining room utilized the client’s love of earth tones and varying textures to create a warm inviting space to host meal after meal. The edgy artwork that provides surprises around every corner appealed to the need for a young, hip, yet clean design style with meaning. What a conversation starter the designer found for the eating space in the kitchen! “Be a Mensch” is a Jewish term that means “Be a good person”. A great reminder to start each day! A landscape reminiscent of their California views was placed above the fireplace in the living room. The designer space planned that room so that maximum seating was obtained. In addition to all of the design elements, durable fabrics and finishes were used to provide surfaces that can be lived in, lived on and still be ready for entertaining. Between the beautiful home and the oversized outdoor living space, this is modern suburbia at its finest and its ready for action!
