In this kitchen renovation project our client asked us to accomplish two main goals: open up the kitchen to the dining room and revamp it so it feels stylish, up to date and modern. Because we were working in a condo building, certain elements had to stay in place: we kept the soffits with lots of building mechanicals in them, and the stove and sink stayed in their old location. We were able to create a larger, more functional island with waterfall edges.
